I just got fiber optic installed and I somehow have a harder time with torrents than I used to...

A lot of the time things seem fine, but often enough websites simply won't load for like a minute, sometimes they'll stop trying to load entirely and sometimes I will get the "connection was reset" error, and all of us on the same network experience the same. This happens even if I'm only seeding and doing so at a quarter of my bandwidth, while I also have tight connection limits set up.

I can't seem to figure out why this could be happening or if there's something I can do. I unfortunately don't have any access to the router settings.
