I swear every election cycle they just publish the same 100 articles as the last time and we get mad and then do nothing about it.
- The problem is we need Dems to win/keep majority control of the Senate, the House, and win the White House. If we can do that though, then there is a plan to get all of this fixed.

I think nowadays you can upgrade that "sometimes" to "usually." It works out to about a 2.5% handicap to the Republicans.
