Can you imagine these things with the automated targeting software.. just lurking in a hedgerow.
- Welcome to automated warfare. Imagine a mass-cas squad engagement and after the shooting stops you realize the shooter was safe in a bunker a mile away.
  
  We will see iterations with high magnification sniper setups too. It will take a lot more precision, but that is just a machine generation thing and as we see with the quadcopter s and sea drones, these generations go fast.
Ugh these things are horrifying.
Imagine some platoon coming across one of these buried in thick brush, and it just waits for the squad to get close before targeting all with thermal and wiping them out before anyone even realizes where the shooting is coming from. I hate that these things exist, even if they save some good guys.
I can't imagine the horrors these will be used for in the next 20 years. I am not excited for the sketchy PmCs that will get these.
Time to design foss emp weapons I guess.

- wait did they turn the TF2 turret into a REAL THING?
  
  Certainly not as cute as a TF2 sentry, but looks more than capable of solving practical problems.
  It'll certainly be a nasty surprise for any invader to have just one of these in a location. And if that doesn't work? Use more gun!
