It’s a difficult thing to quantify exactly. I certainly feel comfortable saying that it is getting ten times better per year. Four years from now, that would mean ten thousand times better. Maybe a hundred thousand.
By better he means costlier.
And by costlier he means power consumption. Ten thousand times more powerful! Still can't do basic math without handing it off to a calculator.
Who knows. The only thing that came to my mind reading that is the joke "statement made by utterly deranged". And then I realized there is no joke.
