Water spout appears on Brisbane River as supercell causes large hail to fall across city

I've watched Twister (and Twisters) so I think I know a bit about this sort of thing, and I don't reckon that's a water spout. It's more like a water dish, or frisbee, or something.

How're the cars? The insurance companies must be crappin themselves.
