5"Holistic" is like the one word associated with "alternative medicine" that doesn't really deserve a bad rap. Just means "addresses the whole" - like, physical therapy is holistic, focusing for instance on how treating an injury affects a dynamic process like walking, versus just focusing on healing the tissue or bone at the site of the injury.
Just to absolutely nitpick that to death.
