Sometimes I'll be torrenting a video/TV show/movie and it'll get stuck at 98% or 99% (not really sure why this happens). But despite this, if I actually navigate to the file and open it, it plays perfectly. Am I missing out on any quality by not completing the download to 100%? Why am I even able to play the video if it hasn't been fully downloaded?
