TL;DR: Why can't I find some apparently easy to pirate movies?

Fictional example with movie Lorem Ipsum. It's been released for streaming on Nov. 6, has appeared on Rotten Tomatoes, is from an american studio and is available for rent from Google Play and Apple TV.

I searched all the torrent sites and streaming sites listed in the Megathread: all I found was a single MKV with ads burned in and the audio in Russian.

Am I searching wrong? Has absolutely no one bothered to rip it? I'm a bit puzzled.
