Cant download over 170 MB/s on my server, getting crazy

On my personal PC with R7 5800XT, 64GB RAM, 2TB PCIe 4 NVMe, and 10Gbps ethernet, I have no issues downloading at speeds up to 500 MB/s.

I'm going crazy - I can't get my Proxmox server with PCIe passthrough NVMe as main disk to go beyond 170 MB/s in downloads. I download torrents with qBittorrent (using NordVPN proxy, same as my main PC). The server has 250GB RAM, two 1TB NVMes and two 3TB NVMes with speeds around 2-3 GB/s, so there's no bottleneck there. I have 10Gbps switch and router, in speed tests I reach 8Gbps, and with IDM downloads I easily go beyond 300 MB/s. Initially, I thought it was because I was downloading directly to TrueNAS (which has 8x6TB + 1TB NVMe cache and 128GB dedicated RAM). Everything runs on a 24-core EPYC processor, with 3200MHz ECC RAM for a total of 512GB. I've tried all possible trackers, modified and tested 1000 qBittorrent settings, set up RAM cache for qBittorrent, but nothing works. On my personal PC, I reach 7Gbps in downloads. I'm incredibly frustrated. Can anyone tell me what's happening?
