Oh look, the advertisement technique of making a funny mistake to boost it's popularity.
91ReplyIt's intentional actually, you can check other titles of that game series https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ratchet_%26_Clank#Games
58ReplyI meant the tweet but yeah, these titles are interesting to the say the least.
11ReplyThat's amazing.

I don't care if it's intentional, it's funny and made me exhale out of my nose. That's all I care about
20Replyand as another person said, it's in line with how Ratchet & Clank games were titled.

They need to return to the double entendre tittle's
39ReplyDo you not understand that that’s what rift apart is. I mean come on. A CRACK in time, TOOLs of destruction, up your arsenal, etc
35ReplyI'll admit I had to get "Rift Apart" explained to me, too.

That's a good game. Played it on steam.
7ReplyIf I had a better desktop or a laptop with better specs, I'd definitely be willing to give it a try.

It was actually the original working title. Unfortunately they changed it close to launch. It was meant to match titles like Up Your Arsenal, Going Commando etc
The old titles also had a double entendre.
7ReplyInto the Nexus' original working title was The Nether Regions.
I thought the original working title of Rift Apart was Rift You A New One?
3ReplyI've heard both, because Rift Apart was supposed to be a play on Ripped a Fart - I 100% remember reading that last year and have privately called it the same since hearing that.
I do remember Nether Regions though as well.
