Done tweaking Sync for Lemmy. Hindi na pang-dwende mga fonts, lmao.
- Sana may setting to scale all app fonts altogether. In-adjust ko rin isa isa. Parang wala akong nakita for the comment editor.
  
  Not sure if it's the one you're referring to pero may setting sa General called "Base Font Size". Yun ginalaw ko and minor tweaks na lang sa rest ng fonts.

ang sasaya daw last time nung mga nag avail ng voluntary resignation program ng company... yung iba, milyones pa nakuha... kasu now.. nangungutang na....
ouch... hirap talaga.. mas better pa ang continuous sahod kaysa one time bigtime tapos na mis manage money...

Today’s Ask PHlemmy: What’s the most useless gift you’ve ever gotten?
- Gift of life. Chz.
  2020 planner saka alarm clock na sira.
  
  Ang daming beses ko rin nakatanggap ng alarm clock na sira. Uso ba to noon??
- Daily Bread, siyempre. Hindi kumpleto taon na wala ako nakukuha na ganun.
- Picture frame.
  To be fair, mejo uso pa ang physical pictures nung niregaluhan ako nun, but I don't really display physical photos.
- A towel that refuses to absorb water.
- Wireless mouse na need ng AA battery. Mukha pati pag one time bumagsak di na agad gagana.
- Technically hindi siya useless, pero niregaluhan ako ng bawang.
  Nag-sort of white elephant exchange gift kami, bawal lumagpas ng Php50 yung gift so may nagbigay sakin ng bawang sa loob ng box ng Logitech mouse.
  At di umabot yung price ng bawang, so dinagdagan niya ng barya pampuno sa kulang.
  
  White elephant talaga ang best part para sa ayaw sa mga Christmas party. Ginagawa namin pang-asar yun sa mahilig sa party by giving useless gifts na nakakainis matanggap pero pasok naman sa theme.
  Pero dun sa final na, dahil malaki ang budget, pinipili namin "ibigay" yung gifts na possibleng sarili lang namin ang makakaappreciate para pwede isteal at di masteal ng iba. Ang pinakanakakatawang part yung yung typical mag-isip, na magbibigay ng sa tingin nyang best gift possible pero laging pinagpapalit ng iba kasi pangit. Naalala ko may isang gift giver na umiyak dahil di na appreciate gift nya, pinagtawanan pa yung nakakuha. Secret naman kung sino nagbigay, kaso umiyak. Alam na.
  Ako yung nagbigay ng 2nd worst gift. Gusto ko sana isteal kaso nakakatawa makitang naiinis yung ofcmate na kinakainisan mo, di ba? Bumili na lang uli ako for myself ng gift na binigay ko. Haayy...pre-pandemic memories.

Nakakatamad gumalaw but I know I need to go home para makapagpahinga ako ng maayos. I mean, hindi masarap matulog sa office pantry. Lol
- Buti pinapayagan kayo matulog sa pantry. At hindi ba challenge umidlip dun kasi maingay? Foot traffic, mga kumakain/chikahan, and maybe a TV, depending sa setup?
  
  Actually hindi pwedeng matulog sa pantry. Dinapuan lang ako ng katamaran at that moment. We have snug rooms sa office pero you can only stay and nap there for a few hours, but not full on sleep and essentially live in the office (may shower rooms din kami).

Sa mga kakaibang sitwasyon, dapat iba ka mag-isip. Kung pangit na ang lahat para sa yo, bakit yung "tama" pa din ang gagawin mo? Baka kailangan mo na gumawa ng mali para maging pangit din ang sitwasyon sa iba at makahanap ka ng katulong sa mga problema. Minsan yun lang ang paraan para ipamukha sa iba na may maling nangyayari, kailangan sila maapektuhan.

  siguro just a simple post saying something along the lines of "r/Philippines is also on Lemmy, etc. etc. You can use this app and join us! etc. etc." Kung baga FYI lang na meron din ibang lugar pwede salihan.
  A number might be willing to join, but just not aware that r/Philippines is also here. Best not to mention the blackout na rin.

Been a long time Sync Pro user but, I can't justify the current price. 💀
- Even with Relay, I didn't pay that much for Pro. Actually, I never forked anything that high for an app ever.
  Tiis tiis na lang sa ads or wait for Boost to join the party and compare.
  
  Using a private DNS removes the ads at least but, I can't use in all networks. Let's see what Boost has to offer.
  Edit: Good news, regional pricing in the coming weeks.

  Last night before the latest update I saw at least 1 ad per community pero ngayon it's just a blank space marked with Sponsored content. I just wish the cost for ad-free Sync wasn't that expensive (I got Sync Pro back in 2016 at 50PHP.) But for now I'll see if it could drastically improve how I interact with Lemmy and decide if it's worth it. The UX alone though is what makes it really good.

- Ang sakit nga. Mas mahal yata siya sa Apollo app before.
  Ang ganda ng quality, pero sana may regional pricing if that's even possible sa Google Play. Medyo intense ito para sa PH eh.

  Ang sarap sa mata magbasa. It makes Roboto Light work really well. Ganda din ng pagkaka-indent ng mga nested comments.

I wish all the things in life I want to do can be done with just time with no money needed to be involved. Time isn't always money unlike what they say. A lot of quotes and sayings just sometimes don't always apply, or even worse, some just put me off. Some are just very reductivist.

Buti may infinity na for lemmy. May mga bugs nga lang tas mejo mabagal ung initial load.

Hay kaya nagtatago talaga ako ng gamit at pagkain eh, free use galawan minsan. Kaya ayaw ko din makipag-close kasi minsan parang lumalagpas na sa boundaries eh. Sorry, pero meron talagang mga tao na kapag hinayaan mo they'll just keep going at it tapos mamaya wala ka ng natira sa sarili mo. Maybe it's just human nature, idk.
I'm just annoying myself some more lol. Tsk.
