The torrent clouds won't see the IP address assigned to you by your ISP, in fact they cannot even determine your ISP, so they can't report your activity to your ISP. They will only see the IP address assigned to you by Cloudflare. They might report your activity to Cloudflare, but like any VPN, Cloudflare explicitly guarantees never to attach any of those requests back to you, or your IP address. They ignore them, just like the ISPs usually do.
Cloudflare WARP took me less than 1 minute to download AND install. I mean it's like 5 clicks.
And of course you should bind it to your torrent client, so it only works when you are connected to Cloudflare.
