I created a small app called Git Up!
- Add the repositories you want to track
- Know via email and in-app once you are trending both on the main feed and language-specific.

1I love this idea, the company I work for is always checking if they have trended. Glad to see I can just get an email alert if they become trending.
1The landing page looks a bit wonky on mobile. There's some scrolling action that's not needed and the dialog is wider than the screen
