Looking to set up a Raspberry Pi 4 (so I'm running Linux of course) as a torrent box. And I had a few questions

1. What's the best torrent client/VPN to use?
2. Is there a way to automatically stop downloads when the VPN is off?
3. Would the files need to be scanned for viruses after downloading?
4. Could I set up an auto transfer to my NAS/Plex server after downloading/scanning?
