I set my phone to 'do not disturb' three years ago – and have never looked back

I carry a flip phone. Literally everyone who sees it says "I wish I could do that some day," or "I get it."

What are y'all waiting for?

The only messaging app i have apart from sms is trillian. Every app, every scrap of anything except calendar, call and sms has notifications disabled.

It's a phone, not your master.
