After a viral social media campaign to spend no money at big-box stores happened last week, a fresh one begins Friday targeting Amazon.

John Schwarz, the 57-year-old founder of The People's Union USA, is calling on Americans to boycott Amazon and its companies, including Zappos, Ring, Whole Foods, Twitch and Prime Video, for one week.

I suggest we turn off or unplug our devices that week too let them go deaf and blind.

Cancelled prime and deleted my account a while back but for this occasion I'll pressure extended family to join in a lil bit.

I deleted my Amazon subscriptions. I have also been sharing a Costco membership with my neighbor but next visit, I'm buying my own.
