Since when was kW a speed?
- I mean is it not? It determines how much energy can be transferred in a given amount of time. I would describe that as the speed of charging. Yes "power" is the correct term, but journalisms job is to make non technical people understand stuff.
  
  Speed of charging depends on the capacity of the battery. Rate would be a better word.
