Are there any good European websites to sell art with?

There are a few US websites that allow you to upload your art and then it can be sold as a poster, postcard, on a cup, t-shirt, etc. all on the same website.

Is there something like that that is European? At least for posters...

  Edit: I'm a little distrustful that they are really Polish now. Their FAQ only mentions values in USD and everything has to go through PayPal. That's a red flag.

  Founded in Poland. Now majority owned by a UK headquartered investment company. It does look like they have a US hq too though? I assume that's to help with US content licenses and other US business?
  All the ones I have had have been shipped from Poland.
https://cockpit.shirtigo.com/en They offer all common print on demand items and are located in Germany. The downside is that you have to provide your own website or use a marketplace like etsy.
