Famous person atm I'd say Marcus Rashford. He did loads to provide food to people that needed it, and he copes with a lot of racist abuse.
IRL I'd say its an lgbt worker near me. She works hard creating opportunities for the community, delivering training and consulting on policies. She says what needs to be said and she's passionate about it.
