UK creating ‘murder prediction’ tool to identify people most likely to kill

I swear I saw a movie about this, but I can’t remember the name.
Anyway, the future is bleak. How are we all spending our Armageddon?
- Minority Report....
  And if you consider that in this movie not only mass surveilance is everywhere but also that nearly everyone seemingly has the cold... well...

  It's alright, we all sometimes miss sarcasm on the web.
- People who have seen that movie have a 99% chance to dislike this tool, and therefore a 100% chance to murder. We should jail these dissenters before they can act.
What could possibly go wrong?
- Ask Tom Cruise.
Wonder how many politicians will magically not be on the list?

It's easy: if they support communism, then they are good, if they don't then they are lumpenproletariat and will definitely commit crime
