@JimsPhotos@ohai.social we had a brown goshawk bring down a pigeon and eat it in the back yard recently. Adelaide South Australia.

dang thats sharp as hell for having a second to take it.. was your camera around your neck? what were you shooting with?
- @JudahBenHur@lemm.ee yeah, it was clipped onto my backpack strap. Using a Mirrorless camera with a 600mm lens attached.
  
  That's some lightning autofocus and stabilisation for a 600mm, looks like a patiently awaited tripod shot!
