7ReplyNot necessarily unhealthy by default, but we used some noodle replacements that were a bit lighter calorically / carbs wise. Also probably some reduced sodium compared to places around here 😅

I love pho and this looks really tasty. If you're shooting for low carbs I've had success with shirataki noodles.
