He did the Cage and The Menagerie. I liked his episodes on Columbo (double shock and publish or perish).
8ReplyThe bulk of "The Menagerie" was Marc Daniels, but obviously the footage from "The Cage" was Butler's.
4ReplyThose two episodes still gave us the character of Christopher Pike which gave us Strange New Worlds so I will mourn this man.
