- Came here to ask the same-ish thing. I'm guessing field medic? Only reason to need scissors at the ready I can think of.

Stop utilizing animals for war propaganda. There are lots of animals on both sides and they are all victims of what humans are doing.
- Usually dogs and cats are just there. Hungry and lonely, abandoned by their owners or having no alive owners. Between feeding and not feeding such pets soldiers choose the first one. And the pets start living with the soldiers. Then the soldiers make photos of their new pets. So, it's not propaganda.
  And there's an important correction: animals are victims of what Russians are doing.

  edit: If it was a picture of a cat with a Russian soldier, something tells me your attitude would be very different. I support kicking out the invaders, but propaganda playing with emotions doesn't sit well with me.
  
  It is much more than that. It is very obviously an attempt to use cute animals to raise sympathy for the Ukrainian Army. Everybody likes pictures of cute animals so that is being exploited. For months hundreds of pictures like this have been posted on reddit systematically. If you don´t see the pattern and think that is not an organized propaganda campaign you are simply being naive.
