3.26.0d Hotfix 3

• Fixed a bug where Eldritch Exalted Orb would incorrectly prevent usage on items with Searing Exarch dominance and full suffixes, stating there is no more room for additional modifiers.

You will need to restart your client to patch the client-side of this hotfix.
