Now that Erin Patterson has been found guilty I'm interested to hear everything that's going to come out that couldn't be shared publicly while the trail was ongoing.
I'm also glad I can stop visiting news sites for updates now because holy shit it's depressing.
- Channel 7’s got the chopper out in Morwell to show us Erin being driven in a prison van from the court. Riverting journalism right here.

How did you end up cooking the apple strudel last week?
I think I m going to try it tonight
- I had the strudel and I just chucked it in the oven. I didn't bother glazing it with milk as the instructions tell you to, there's no need. It just comes out a bit less shiny and glossy, but equally delicious.
  
  That’s ok, I didn’t plan on adding anything to it.
  Will do the same!
- I didn't have the strudel. I had the danish. I cooked it in the airfryer. I followed the oven directions but reduced the temp to 160 and kept my eye on it.
  
  Oh I didn’t know there was a danish. Guess I’ll do the same it’s my air fryer.

Jury is coming back in on the Mushroom Trial...
- Guilty! I’m shocked did not expect that.
  
  I was convinced she'd done it a month ago. I did not hear the defense testimony of the past few weeks though - so I didn't have the complete picture.
  I am surprised. Not that she did it, but that the defense testimony hadn't swung the jury to "Not guilty".

It's a PEP training session. We've just started but it's been alright because it acknowledges we have to work in Office 365 and how to work in there.
The main thing this session is reminding me is how much I hate Microsoft and how poorly implemented all of their products are.
Workplaces should get everyone to do sessions like this so everyone knows how to use their software, and how to use it consistent with the organisation as well

I have a kitchen table again. The seventeen house plants my parents left me to babysit have returned to them
