Smoked a pork belly on the Weber Kettle

As much as a love the convience of a gas grill, nothing - and I mean nothing - beats the food off a weber kettle grill.

Fat cap up or down?

That is just downright attractive.

We ate it with grilled corn and slow cooked maple beans. Really great result, the pork was sooooo tender and flavourful!
