Everyone has at least one friend who's just got a traditional wood fire pizza oven and is insisting on using it.

I did not have this friend, so I had to become this friend.
Sadly, I still have no friends to share it with :(

I do have a wood fired oven, but it's inside. So homemade pizza is a winter only thing. But takeout pizza is year round.
