I see that somebody in the Trump régime thought that the detainee population looked ‘too woke’ and needed some whites in the mix.
She says the prisoners were assigned numbers instead of names. «I was number 18.»

You can't convince me they're not just openly robbing people.
My assumption goes more towards installing malware of some sort.
