I saw a ghost in the woods

I was hiking on a trail and I decided to look around. There was a house about 5 feet from me with an abandoned gate that I thought looked normal. It looked like the gate was open so I walked over and looked in the yard. There was a tree in the yard. I figured if it wasn’t there, I would just leave it there. I got closer and saw a body laying in the yard. I thought I’d look in the house so I walked to the house. There was nothing there except for the gate, and the body. I went into the house, took my time walking in, then came out. The body was in the middle of the floor, but there was nothing in the house. I said to myself, “Why was he in the backyard?” I told myself to stay out of the house until I saw a body. I came back outside and went back into the forest. I didn’t see that body again.
