.ml is a bit better stability wise (though it also had worse days..) and on top of that they have a slur filter. So if someone calls you 'bitch' ('bi.tch') all you see is 'removed' on lemmy.ml. While the entire rest of the fediverse can read what I just wrote :-/
I know it feels like its that often, but its actually still in the upper 90s atleast according to the status site, and its 89% for the last week on an external status page (which probably sees its up by attempting to load the page so its probably close to real life data)
It's helping me take breaks so lemmy doesn't become a full on mindless addiction like reddit was so that's been good. Often not sure if it's world or my app (connect) most of the time but ah well.
This is why people need to move to small instances. I moved to aussie.zone even though I am not Australian.
The experience is so great and snappy that I love it.
And ofc it goes down again after...
I use my own instance which means the only problem is half the instances are on .world so I can't access them when world goes down
I wish people would use alternative instances more
