2oz bourbon

1 oz Amaretto Adratico

2 oz tangelo juice

Shake, dirty pour, topped with some sparkling water.

Some notes. Tangelo is quite tart and the Adratico not sweet and this is still very sweet, I will try Scotch next time, or acid adjust the juice.
The flavors are so good together though.
