When the trans woman came out as non binary, she felt like she was ‘putting myself out there’

She still feels the same, though. She was going to be out for a year and it took her a long time before she finally realized she was trans. The one thing that really helps her, and I think I’m just as valid as you, is that she’s the first out trans person who has gotten accepted into a gender neutral room. It’s not a secret, but I do find it really exciting when I see a trans person with a room with all the other trans people.
