Looking for escooter recs in Malaysia

As per the title, I'm looking for escooter recs, with the criteria being they have to be available in Malaysia. Hoping somebody here will be able to help out!

Requirements:

• 100kg+ min weight capacity.
• 30+ km range
• Decent shock absorption
• Can go up mediumish slopes

Nice to have:

• Foldable, light enough to carry up stairs

Budget: 600 - 700 USD.
