I've searched but can't find any active communities where people discuss sex, post written erotica, hot stories, sexy confessions, or anything like it (text only). The only adult/NSFW communities I seem to find are about pictures/videos.
"Active" was the main difficulty here. If you're not already following nsfw story-writers on tumblr, I gotta tell you, as someone who does NOT like a lot of this stuff, its almost unavoidable over there. Happy hunting!
