Best answer. The more violent options miss that violence without solidarity will never work out. But solidarity means you might not have to use violent options in the first place.

You're being told that being miserable is actually good, and that if you're not satisfied with it then it's your own moral failing.
I mean, the CEO is right, but they assume that you will apply these things to the job that they are paying you for, rather than applying them to your own life, like getting an education or finding a better paying job.
