Thomas Castellanos is already turning heads at Florida State—and ruffling a few feathers back at his old school.

The former Boston College quarterback, who transferred to FSU this offseason, didn’t hold back during his recent interview with On3 Sports' Pete Nakos.

Castellanos not only praised his new home in Tallahassee but also took aim at his former head coach, Bill O’Brien, and the entire BC program.

“I really wish I would have left when Hafley left, but I tried to give it another take,” Castellanos said. “BC wasn’t the school for me. I wasn’t able to be myself, and I had to try to make myself be something I wasn’t. I just didn’t like it. Bill O’Brien and I butted heads early in the season… I did so much for that program, and I did everything that I could, and I just wasn’t repaid the right way.”

But the quote that really sparked a reaction? Castellanos made it clear he views his time at BC as a one-man show.

“I feel like I tore the ACC up by my [expletive] self for the last two years, and now I’m with a squad.”

That didn’t sit well with former teammate Cameron Martinez, who fired back on X.

“Mm that ain’t how I remember it.”
