What a great opportunity to talk about gun safety and background checks and, oh nevermind.
-1No safety rules were violated, miss calculating (or failing to calculate in the first place) proximity to a non-living object is fine as long as you aren’t endangering yourself or others. Lesson learned situation.
This guy had to be background checked at the gun store before he bought this gun (even if he bought it online).
