Mega pizza, a large beer and a soccer game outdoors.

There are large flat screens and tables/chairs set up outside many convenience stores in Medellin that community members gather around to watch soccer games, and I've always wanted to participate. I went twice this week, it was pretty fun.

That beer was 750ml, so it matched the outsized pizza slice.
