Funny you chose Dolores Umbridge for Kai Winn when she's literally Nurse Ratched, but maybe that just dates me.
- I was on season 6 before I realized where I recognized her from and it was a 'whooooaaaa holy shit that actress is good at making people fucking hate them' epiphany and I went from despising the character to enjoying watching her just embody evil bitch power... talented lady, impressive ability to literally draw ire.
