Let me be clear: If this becomes law, I become a criminal.

  That's a perfectly fair perspective, and one that I agree with. Unfortunately, they have all the guns.
  
  All governments are criminal ALREADY and have been for ever. The question is how much criminal are they right now.
This monstrosity + the soon-to-be-a-thing-but-no-less-frightening Digital Euro, we EU 'citizens' are in for some real good times in regards to our privacy, rights and freedom(s)... Maybe it's time to consider replacing this meaningless 'citizen' word with something more appropriate like, say, 'serfs'?

Shouldn't there be a legislation that anti-consumer proposals can not be spammed at the legislature to pass them "by exhaustion"? Looks like an obvious attack vector.
