Ubisoft has confirmed that Assassin's Creed Mirage will not have a subscription model or in-game purchases to block ads, after confusion around a German rating.
Ubisoft confirmed that no, AssassinsCreedMirage will not have in-game ads you can block with your money or a subscription model, but it will have cosmetics.
I can not believe this is something that has to be confirmed.
Also screw microtransactions, especially in a single player game that is said to not be a live service.
Where EA and Activision are the masters of milking their player base, Ubisoft isn't far behind and are willing to experiment with better ways to fuck customers over.
Shutting down servers and removing paid DLC, deleting inactive accounts, NFTs...
6IMO EA has gotten a lot better. Outside of the sports section of there portfolio.
