Eternity has this feature. Connect has this feature too, though it's a little buggy.

2What setting is this under? Seems like it's not enabled by default.
1It is not, when you open the app in the top right there are 2 filter settings. The first filter is top/all, and the second is the card view style, of which there are about 6 or so? The "Swipe" one should be what you're looking for
Edit: sorry my mistake, it's filter, then hamburger menu and the setting is "post view"

This was such a great turn off from reddit, being unable to swipe through all posts anymore.
