I fully expect a bumpy season, or at least until November/December. But I don't think losing Kane is as big of a deal as many would guess. Yes, making up for thirty goals is a massive task and last season Spurs would get into relegation fight without Kane, but there's new coach now, probably strengthened defense and attack seems to still be decent. I'd argue when Spurs lost Bale, they were more of a one man team than now and they survived it fine.
TLDR: I think 6th could be both achievable and considered a success in Ange's first season.
Without Kane, 8th or 9th place and with Kane maybe 6th, probably 7th.
Even with their easier schedule I still don't see them finishing above City, Arsenal, Newcastle, United or Liverpool. I'm inclined to add Villa to the list as well as I think Emery won't do as well as last year but they should still be very competitive.
Honestly feel like Chelsea and Tottenham are in the same boat and they should be fighting for 7th and 8th.
I think they are going to finish a lot lower than people guess. Kane was enormous for them, and without that leadership and goal scoring i think they finish 9th or lower.
