What is the structure that (i assume) Kaladin is standing on?
- I assume it's the kings palace? I think that was meant to be somewhat set back on the hill?
  It's also just a convenient viewpoint for some cool art.
  
  That makes sense. It's often brought up how big the palace is but I never pictured it THAT big.
  Cool art indeed though.
