This joke seems to imply that mostly women are feminists. As a man who is also a staunch feminist, the joke really didn't land for me.

9According to this article, about 40% of men and 60% of women identify as feminist. That means only about 60% of feminists are women, at least in the States.
4There are probably more women with internalized misogyny than men who are feminist. This is not to say that there are few male feminists, there is just a lot of women in the world and not everyone has caught up yet.

4When my wife worked there in high school over a decade ago they paid several dollars an hour over minimum wage, in a rural Illinois town that did not require making more than minimum to live decently. Idk if they’re all like that though since obviously franchise owners are all different
