Seems like good motivation to simplify the fee structure.

sucks to suck isp. deal with it.

It's not. Trust me, the data is already there on your account separated out and they went to the trouble of arranging their bills to combine the separate charges. They can absolutely list them separately just as easily.

Do you not get an itemized bill?
