- Used to be we'd go there because they'd serve you a 10% IPA in a giant 32oz mug or whatever and charge you the same price as what JL Beers would for a 10oz of the same beer. It's been at least 6 years since I've been in either of those because they are just so crazy overpriced now. I also don't drink much anymore, but god damn that Lost Continent IPA was good.

  I have had pizza in Chicago and New York and it was good, but there is good pizza everywhere I have lived in the US. As long as its a local place its normally pretty good. It's not that difficult to get right.

I come across that word every now and then, just like most other words that are not super commonly used. I feel like people who say things like this don't interact much with anything outside of top-level mainstream media. They only know about and watch the most popular things, which are in general pretty dumb things. They only listen to whatever is the newest hit, only watch whatever AAA movie or series is currently being advertised everywhere, they don't read or engage in anything else.
