Defenitely Russia has upper hand...as published in the post destruction happened on large scale (Russian side)... It is hard even to imagine the scale of destruction from Ukrainian side....
I am not sure about that. If you take the Ukrainian figure of +200k dead, that would mean 0.14% of the Russian population died in that war.
In Germany, 0.11% of the population died from covid, but fortunately I didn't know anyone from that.

The ridiculously skewed numbers that the Russian MoD releases are generally for domestic consumption, so the average Russian has no idea how badly they're getting their asses kicked. That said, as fathers, sons and brothers fail to return home, the true picture will soon become apparent.
