A brilliant platter.
Thanks!
I make the lentil and bulgur Köfte a lot. They're so easy and delicious.
My local store sells cig köfte (pardon the spelling, my keyboard doesn't support some special characters) cheap. I thought about making some but I was told that it involved a lot of kneading and it's hard to make. Kinda disappointed that I didn't try the local ones in Istanbul.
I'm guessing homemade is a lot better than store-bought?
Lovely 😍
The stuff in the blue bowl looks a lot like muhammara. Either way, looks delicious.
Yes. Same thing, different name!
This looks out of control good! Thanks for sharing with us!!
Thanks. I'll be honest it's the nicest looking food I've ever prepared. Most of my food ends up as tasty slop! 😆
That's no meze, that's a feast!
You were so close...
Oh woah! How can I replicate this? Any recipes?
Admittedly it took a while to make everything, but i ate for days 😆. Mercimek Köftesi, Msabbaha (this is so similar to humus just a different texture, you could use whatever humus recipe you prefer and add dried fruits), Mutabbal, Kısır, Açuka (this is great just on toast), Ezme salad
Edit: bloody hell, LiftOff did not make that easy...
Thank you very much. This is perfect to share with friends and I love mediterranean food.
As for lemmy app, I'll suggest you try Voyager or Thunder. Both are FOSS and have VERY good UI.
I'd eat each one of those as a meal on its own. I probably have already.
I feel you. I too have portion control problems 😆.
That looks so good right now, I want a Dolma well bad.
A brilliant platter.
